Frequently asked questions

Answers spanning everyday use, fees and results, features, risk, security, and support. Each question is phrased the way a new client would put it, and whatever is missing here, [email protected] answers directly.

General use

Fill in the form on the account page with your name, email, and phone, then submit. A personal advisor calls to verify your details, usually within 24 hours on business days. No payment is required to register, and the first deposit minimum is R 4,500 on Basic, decided on your schedule.

No. People without trading experience are exactly who this was designed for: the engine handles the analysis, strategies obey pre-agreed rules, and a named advisor takes you through setup. Inexperience shrinks nothing about the risk, so begin with an amount you could lose without reshaping your plans.

Yes. One browser login covers desktop and mobile, with identical alerts and dashboard on both. Statements and larger reviews are pleasanter on a big screen, though nothing is out of reach on a phone.

Both, in a set order. The platform runs the analysis and automation; a named advisor handles verification, configuration, and reviews, and is your single point of contact for anything that needs a human answer.

Fees and results

Nothing is charged for opening, maintenance, custody, deposits, or withdrawals, and no monthly platform fee exists. What you pay is your tier's service spread on closed positions plus third-party costs like conversion, and every table sits on the fees page.

Any fee that applies is displayed ahead of confirming, and the costs you actually paid land in the activity view and the monthly statement. Support puts unclear lines into writing on request.

No. Nothing here is guaranteed, and the entire invested amount can be lost. The profiles on the home page are illustrations rather than forecasts of what your account will do.

Honestly: a range, including negative periods. The engine executes agreed rules through whatever the market does, and the risk disclosure describes how bad stretches behave. Anyone quoting you an expected percentage is guessing or worse.

Features and using the platform

Analysis, signal generation, and execution inside your agreed limits run without you lifting a finger. Deposits, withdrawals, and any change to strategies or limits always wait for your action or confirmation.

Yes. The advisor call settles scope: shares alone, digital assets alone, or the two together, each side with its own risk limits. Scopes can be tightened or paused afterwards, and the audit trail records every change.

Fill notices, limit events, login alerts, and account changes arrive by default, plus the monthly statement by email. You configure channels and quiet hours in settings, while urgent security notices always break through.

The calculator on the home page shows an illustrative projection from any amount and period, and the advisor call walks through how the engine reads the markets for your scope. Live execution requires a funded account.

Risks

Yes, including the full amount you invest. Markets move without consulting your position, and automation participates in those moves. The risk disclosure sets out every major risk type plainly.

It reduces some risks and not others. Stops, caps, and volatility filters bound what a bad period can do, and rules remove impulsive decisions. They do not remove market, liquidity, or counterparty risk, and they cannot promise positive results.

Stops exit positions as their levels trade, where liquidity permits; drawdown brakes halt fresh entries, and volatility filters pare sizes down. Losses in a crash should be expected, bounded by rules rather than eliminated, with panic engineered out of the response.

Security and account

Two-factor authentication before the first withdrawal, encryption in transit and at rest, login alerts, remote session control, an audit log of every action, and verification before payouts. All nine measures are on the Security page.

Client funds sit with execution and custody intermediaries, not in the platform's own accounts, and payouts go only to destinations in your verified name. Your advisor confirms the venues your account touches on request.

Recovery runs through verified identity re-confirmation with the support desk, with a cooldown before sensitive changes. There is no shortcut route, deliberately, which is also why keeping your contact details current matters.

End the contact and verify independently: we never ask for passwords, 2FA codes, or remote access, ever. The fraud warning page lists the three checks, and [email protected] confirms whether a caller was genuine.

Help and support

Write to [email protected] with what you expected, what happened, and when, or raise it with your advisor. Most issues are resolved the same day, and anything formal follows the complaints procedure with timelines.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30 SAST (excluding public holidays), with chat answered usually under 5 minutes on chat, one business hour by email. Your advisor is your named contact throughout the account's life, not only at onboarding.

Email [email protected] with Complaint in the subject line. You get a reference and a named owner within one business day, a written outcome with reasons, and the external escalation route if the internal process does not resolve it.
